What cookies do
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a browser. Websites and hosting providers may use them to maintain sessions, manage access and protect a service. Browser storage is a separate way a website can retain information on a device.
What this website uses
The JunkHop website code does not add advertising cookies, tracking pixels or marketing analytics. It does not deliberately save estimate form entries in localStorage or sessionStorage.
The estimate form uses a session cookie to prevent forged requests and support safe resubmission. The owner inbox uses a session cookie for sign-in. Hosting services may also use essential security technology.
Estimate requests are different
A submitted estimate is stored in private files on the hosting account. Clearing browser cookies does not delete an already submitted request. To ask about correction or deletion, follow the contact process in the Privacy Policy.
Your browser controls
You can review, block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies needed for security may prevent estimate submission or owner sign-in.
No optional marketing-cookie preference is currently needed for integrations added by JunkHop because none are installed. If optional tracking is introduced, the notice and any required consent controls will need to be updated before it runs.
Have a question?
